Who is Notch:-

If you don't know notch was the original creator of Minecraft and in start it was a indie game. Completely free game but then he sold the game to Microsoft due to criticism he was facing but still the criticism didn't ended read about that here.

What is Minecraft 2:- 

It will be not a official Minecraft game but it will be a spiritual successor to Minecraft. It was said by notch.

What can we expect from Minecraft 2:-

Obviously it will not have same graphics or same things things will be different we can call it more like a Minecraft inspired game. But we can have some expectations from game that it can be a great rival to original Minecraft and can bring the legacy of original Minecraft by a new game. After all the notch on whom community had eyes from a long time so he releases a new game like Minecraft.
