The goatman v4 is a updated version of minecraft goatman but it is not official goatman. the goatman mod is a horror mod where a horror creature named as goatman is hunting you down. it adds new horror sounds and goatman entity. now the goatman have a white skin which was inspired or copied by the original video of goatman v2. but the goatman v2 had a different goatman not same as video. you can maybe call this mod a reskin.
