hello guys welcome today we will discuss about dark side of gaming industry its not to affend any one or it dont spread hate i am ust telling you how gaming industry is going its some dark sides and its example is when you see a good game your respect for its developers and its company increases but can you imagine how these companies make vdeo games in just a small time and let me confirm that not everyone is included in this but many companies are
profit is everything
in gaming industries every companies want best profit for their games not even gaming companies every industry wants this but other industries care about fans on a small extent but in gaming industry they just want money and they dont care about fans expectations if 50 % of fans want a feature in a game they will add and not even care about other gamers or haters gaming companies adds features that give them profit in simple words
micro transactions
it is a best feature to earn money and every gaming company add this feature only to earn money like when you like a game you will have to buy it later you will have to buy different features to unlock them and after that if you like a skin you will have to spend more money on game they will ust make you a addict first and then you will definitely buy their every thing and dlc and skins they just have to make you an addict and also if there comes a download able content you will have to buy them also its just a reason why gaming industry is getting so much hate and till all this process one year will end and at that time a new game will be released and same process will be repeated
they dont care about gamerz
when we talk about games we just think that game developers make games with full their heart but its totally wrong developers just do that company wants and and if they dont do company will give them a leave for life time from that company companies dont even care about good games that gamerz want they just want money if you like a game whose second part never came is because that game was not profitable company dont allow developers to make second part of that game that was not profitable
crunch culture
if you dont know its meaning so in simple words its meaning is overtime on steroids the games that you like fortnits gta their developers have to work 14 to 16 hours a day and some time more than 16 hours in real life we just sleep for 6 hours their developers work for so long time that developers even get stressed their blood bleed with coughing and they cannot even meet with their families a man was only able to say good night to his 2 years child on mobile even their hands start aching and memory loss and developers get dead line for a specific work and they give time in which its like so hard to complete and developers just work for time till they get faint and they do this all because every gamer needs a new game every year and in some cases crunch culture seems right when team dont completes game in their dead line so in last few days they will have to work long for the mistakes they make and time that they wasted in given dead line
feamle and male characters
in most of the times companies have to make main lead actor a male because there is only a few female gamers that play games but now due to increase of female gamers companies are also giving female lead characters but mmost of the companies decline to make a female lead character
positive cases
because i had said so much about its dark side so just a few words about other side because some companies are respected due to this like max payne series was flop company had loss of time if even they had no loss of money but after that they are making its remake and rockstar had approved it and there are many small or big gaming companies like this who dont care about any thing they just care about gamers like mojang mojang had said that they will never add nfts in minecraft because due to nfts players will stop playiing minecraft as a fun everyone will play it just to earn money and if you dont know about nfts go and read my post about metaverse and that was it bye bye
